CHAO/ADVICE Coalition
Coalition Overview:In Oroville, CA, the Butte County Office of Education's Partners in Health and Safety provides support to CHAO/ADVICE a community coalition, with over 25 active members. It was established in 1993 to focus on youth development through prevention programs addressing youth violence and the underage use of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs. We serve as the community advisory board for 4 school districts.
